Ryan Davis is Associate Professor of Political Science at Brigham Young University.  This year he is a Visiting Associate Professor at the Georgetown Institute for the Study of Markets and Ethics.  He received a PhD from the Program in Political Philosophy at Princeton University, and then pursued further graduate study in Philosophy at Harvard University.  He writes about ethics, political philosophy, and sometimes political psychology.  He has published on topics including personal autonomy, respect for others in political conversation, political polarization, gaslighting, and democratic equality
