The tolls on Interstate 66 have been active now for over a month. Many of us who live to the west of Washington, D.C., have experienced significant changes in our daily commute.

Some of us have decided to pay the tolls, which can add up to hundreds of dollars a month. Many of us have sought out new carpool options to avoid the charges. Others have reluctantly switched to taking the Metro.

One thing is clear: With the changes the tolls have brought, there have been winners and losers.
