Diamantis Manuscript Workshop

Location: Hariri building room 310.

This workshop is designed to provide feedback for a new manuscript titled “Law and Philosophy of the Corporate Person” by Mihailis Diamantis (University of Iowa Law). Official commenters are Kendy Hess (Holy Cross), Deborah Tollefsen (University of Memphis), and Christopher Kutz (Berkeley Law). Others are welcome to attend if they email the director of the institute (Michael Douma, ) in advance.
